We ask customers 3 business days for orders to process and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery. Please bear with our USPS workers as they are the real heroes.

International Orders

We ship everywhere! We provide low cost, reliable shipping via USPS. Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. 

Returns
                                                                                                                                                                                         All sales are final. Due to the safety of our customers and employees, we are not offering exchanges or returns due to COVID-19 unless our team sent the incorrect design or size. If you received a damaged or incorrect size/item, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt with the order number and item name and we will gladly arrange for replacement. 

Cancellations 

We do not issue cancellations, all sales are final. If you notice the shipping address was inputted incorrectly, please contact us immediately to make the necessary correction before your order is mailed. If you do not contact us in time, there is nothing we can do to prevent the order from being delivered because the package is no longer in our possession.

In the circumstance where the package is unable to forward to recipient because of invalid destination, USPS will usually return the package to us. Please contact us if your tracking information states, "returned to sender" and we can resend it - reshipment fee is to be covered by buyer/recipient.

Item Arrived Damaged

In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition [we're truly sorry!] Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner. 

Lost or Stolen Mail - Tracking Says Delivered but No Package Arrived                              

In such circumstances of issues with shipping/delivery, we strongly encourage you to contact the USPS by filling out the following two forms: 1) Help Request Form 2) Missing Mail Search Request
